This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) summarizes the personally identifiable information that we at
VetTeQ Inc., a company incorporated pursuant to the federal laws of Canada (“We” “Us” or the
“Company”) collect and how we use and disclose this information.

This Privacy Policy is subject to and
forms part of our Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Any terms not otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy
shall have the same meaning as in the Terms.
This Privacy Policy applies to all Users of the Website accessible at www.vetteq.com (the “Website”),
mobile app (the “App”) or the services available through the Website or App (the “Services”). Collectively
the Website and the App and the Services available thereon are referred to as our Platform. By using the Platform you consent to the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any terms of this Privacy
Policy, please do not use our Platform or submit any personal information to us.

What Personal Information We Collect

Personal information is information about an identifiable individual (“Personal Information”). We collect
Personal Information when you voluntarily provide it through our Platform, or when you provide it to us
through other means. For example, we may collect Personal Information when you:

  • Create an Account on the Platform, which may include your name, address, email, phone number,
and date of birth;
  • Upload content or other information to the Platform;
  • Contact us through email, telephone, mail or other correspondence;
  • Register for or request a service we provide or which we make available to you through our
Platform;
  • Communicate with us in any other manner.
  • Your name, email address, physical address, telephone number and date of birth;
  • Any Personal Information contained in medical records for your pets that you submit through the Platform;
  • Information about how, when and where you use our Platform, as well as error logging, event
recording and user experience data to the extent it includes such information about how, when
and where you use our Platform;

Pet Information

In addition to the Personal Information we collect from You, we may collect information about your pet
(The “Pet Information”). This information includes their:

  • Species, breed, age and sex;
  • City and province they are located in or have been located in;
  • Photos the pet showing their medical conditions;
  • Pet health data including:
    • Symptom type, frequency and severity
    • Date symptoms observed;
    • Time from symptom onset to diagnosis;
    • Recurrence rates;
    • Disease chronicity;
    • Clinical severity score;
    • Flareup recurrency (monthly/quarterly);
    • Time to treatment response;
    • Treatment outcome (improved/stable/worse);
    • Diagnosis
    • Date of diagnosis;
    • Stage/grade and remission status (if applicable);
    • Vaccination data;
  • Diagnostic data including:
    • Lab results, including bloodwork and diagnostic images and review;
  • Dates and times of vet visits;
  • Data on pet food and supplement intake;

Copies of pet medical records and invoices, including invoices for vet services, vet medical records, and
lab/imaging results.The Pet Information we collect may include your Personal Information. For example,
pet medical records we collect may contain your name and address. We will make reasonable efforts to
anonymize the Personal Information contained in the Pet Information we collect so that no Personal
Information about You is connected to the Pet Data, except to the extent necessary for Us to provide you
with the Services.

How We Collect Information Through Technological Means

When you use our Platform, we may collect information that is automatically sent to us by your web
browser or your device which runs our applications. This information may include your domain name, and your IP address. We may also collect other information, such as the type of browser you use, which of our Platform’s pages you view, and the files you request. Additionally, we may also collect other technical and system log information from you, such as the hardware you use to interact with our Platform, the
operating system and version information, mobile network information, pages you view on our Platform,your unique device identifier, software debug and crash information; and the referral Platform address
used to access our Platform.


We use this information to improve our understanding of how users use our Platform, and to improve our
Platform. The amount of information that is sent to us by technological means depends on your browser
or device and settings you use. Please refer to the instructions provided by your browser or device if you
want to learn more about what information it sends to the Platform, or how you may change or restrict

You have the right to request access to the Personal Information we hold about you and to request a
correction to it if you believe it is inaccurate or incomplete. To exercise these rights, please submit a
written request to our Privacy Officer at the contact information provided below. We will respond to your
request within the timeframes mandated by applicable privacy laws. We may require you to verify your
identity before we fulfill your request.

Sharing of Pet Information

We may share Pet Information with third parties, including academic research institutions and private
companies, for scientific, medical, and commercial research purposes. We may receive financial
compensation or other remuneration from these third parties in exchange for providing this Pet
Information. Prior to disclosing any Pet Information for research purposes, we will fully anonymize such
Pet Information in order to ensure that no Personal Information about You is tied to, connected with, or
reasonably identifiable from the shared Pet Information.

Change of Control

We may share Pet Information with third parties, including academic research institutions and private
companies, for scientific, medical, and commercial research purposes. We may receive financial
compensation or other remuneration from these third parties in exchange for providing this Pet
Information. Prior to disclosing any Pet Information for research purposes, we will fully anonymize such
Pet Information in order to ensure that no Personal Information about You is tied to, connected with, or
reasonably identifiable from the shared Pet Information.

We may use and disclose your Personal Information in connection with a prospective or completed
business transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or the sale of the Company or any of its
assets. During the evaluation of such a transaction (due diligence), we may share your information under
confidentiality agreements. If the transaction proceeds, your Personal Information may be transferred to
the successor entity to ensure the continuous provision of our Services to you, provided that the successor entity agrees to treat the same in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Third Party Collection of Information

This Privacy Policy does not apply to applications, technologies or websites that are owned by and/or
operated by other parties. The relevant third party’s terms of use, privacy policy, permissions, notices and
choices should be reviewed by yourself regarding their collection, storage and sharing practices since they may be different from ours.

Do Not Track

Do Not Track is a privacy option that people can set in certain web browsers. Do Not Track is a way for
individuals to inform websites and services that they do not want certain information about their webpage visits collected over time and across websites or other online services. However, we do not recognize or respond to Do Not Track requests, and we have no special monitoring services to identify which browsers are using Do Not Track options and which do not.

Modifications

We reserve the right in our sole discretion to modify this Privacy Policy, or any part thereof, at any time, by
posting the modified version on our Platform or providing our users notice of such changes at the contact information they have registered with us. Such modification will become effective seven (7) calendar days after notice being provided. If you do not agree to be bound by such modifications, you must cease using the Platform.
